  • Orders placed before 3 PM (Monday-Friday) are typically dispatched the same day, though this is not guaranteed.
  • Standard processing time is 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • During high-demand periods (e.g., holidays), additional delays may occur. Orders requiring extra processing may take 1 additional day.

We offer a variety of shipping options, with delivery times calculated from the date of dispatch (not order placement). Only available options for your order will be shown at checkout—select your preferred method there.

  • Rest of World:

      • 500g-1kg: £20.95
      • 1kg-2kg: £32.50
  • Oversized Orders (Over 2kg): Rates calculated by DHL Express based on destination.

  • All shipping costs are weight-based and calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
  • Costs may multiply for orders requiring multiple shipments.
  • You can choose from standard or express options where available—not all services are displayed for every order.

3. Shipping Costs

  • UK: See table above. Costs vary by service and delivery speed.
  • International: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
  • Additional Fees: Remote areas (e.g., Scottish Highlands, Alaska) may incur surcharges.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email within 24 hours of dispatch.
  • Monitor your package’s status using the carrier’s website (e.g., Royal Mail, DPD, USPS).

5. International Shipping & Customs

  • We ship worldwide, but customs duties and taxes may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility (Delivered Duty Unpaid - DDU).
  • Rates are calculated at checkout for EU/US orders where applicable.
  • Restrictions: Some countries restrict specific products. Check for details. If a destination isn’t available at checkout, your items may be restricted or unshippable.
  • Liability: We’re not responsible for losses due to rejected/confiscated shipments—review your country’s import rules before ordering.

6. Important Notes

  • Royal Mail Standard (Untracked) & Yodel Small Parcel 48 Non-POD:
    • No courier liability applies. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for lost parcels under these services.
  • Courier Delays, Damage, or Loss:
    • We use third-party couriers (Royal Mail, Hermes, Yodel, DPD, DHL, FedEx, UPS, UK Mail). Delays, damage, or loss may occur rarely. Contact us at nootroprime@gmail.com immediately if issues arise.
    • For damaged items, report within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging (plus a carrier damage report if applicable). We’ll replace or refund per our Refund Policy.
  • Missing Parcels:
    • Wait 7 days from the estimated delivery date before contacting us at nootroprime@gmail.com about undelivered parcels.
  • Disputed Deliveries:
    • We’ll investigate with the courier; their findings are final.
  • Undeliverable Packages:
    • Returned due to incorrect addresses? Resent at buyer’s expense.
    • Refused deliveries? Subject to a 15% restocking fee.

7. Wholesale & B2B Shipping

  • Bulk Orders: Contact us at nootroprime@gmail.com for freight quotes.
  • PO Boxes: Not accepted for wholesale shipments.

8. Age-Restricted Products

  • We don’t provide age verification services. Ensure your platform verifies customer ages for restricted items if applicable.
